TIA Development, LLC is a real estate development consulting company focusing on all five aspects of real estate projects: entitlements, design, financing / deal structure, construction, and operations.
Our strengths lie in land development. Typical project goals include value creation through entitlements, appropriate land planning (including the preservation of natural elements), and creative deal structuring — such as the use of various public / private partnership tools.
While the financial aspects of real estate (deal analysis, creating pro-formas, cost estimates, budgets, and project feasibility studies) have been our specialty, we excel at coordinating and managing the efforts of all the individuals involved in the development process. With involvement from engineers, architects, attorneys and marketing consultants to city and public agency officials, most real estate projects have many moving pieces. TIA Development, LLC knows how to keep those pieces working in line to meet project goals.
